Subscription Services

Subscription charges are billed in advance for each billing period. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal.

Cancellation stops future renewals and remains active through the end of the paid billing term unless otherwise stated in your plan.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case for billing errors, duplicate charges, or service-impacting issues.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider.
